It depends on the type of housing, but the majority of start reforms range from 4 to 12 weeks, with detailed planning and final cleaning included.

🟢 What does each pack of start include?
Each Pack Start is designed according to the type of renovation (bathroom, kitchen, integral, exterior) and includes:

🟢 Can I customize a pack?
Yes. All packs are 100% customizable. You can modify finishes, style, technology, add extras or adapt the distribution. We reform according to your lifestyle and your real needs.
🟢 What is the difference between partial and integral reform?
Partial:We renovated only a specific stay, such as bathroom, kitchen or terrace.
Comprehensive:We refurbished the entire house, including installations, distribution, complete design, energy efficiency and final finish ready to live.
🟢 Do you offer after-sales services?
Yes. After delivery we make an optional review visit, we resolve any pending detail and accompany you in the use of systems or maintenance of the home. We also give you a visual guide to your reform.
🛠️ Times, Emergencies and Work Process
🟢 When can you start my reform?
It depends on the type of work and the availability of the equipment. In partial reforms we usually have quick start deadlines (1 to 3 weeks). For comprehensive reforms, we plan more in advance. We always give you a realistic and fulfillable date from the first moment.
🟢 How far in advance do I have to contact?
The ideal is to write to us 1 to 2 months before the desired date. So we can schedule visit, advise you well and block dates. For urgent projects we also offer priority packs with greater availability of personnel.
🟢 What if I want to temporarily postpone the work?
If you need to stop for any reason (travel, permits, family decisions), we coordinate without problem. We only ask you to notify us with enough time to rearrange the calendar.
🟢 What if there are delays due to external causes?
If an external delay arises (administrative permit, supplier, extreme climatology), we inform you immediately and reprogram everything with transparency. In case of delay by our part, we apply real compensation if we do not meet the agreed deadline.

🟢 Can I reform my home from abroad?
Yes, it is one of our specialties. We manage the entire process remotely with visual tracking, online meetings, WhatsApp updates and trilingual attention. Your presence is not necessary to obtain an impeccable result.
🟢 How will I know if the work progresses correctly?
🟢 Can I pay from outside of Spain?
Yes. We accept international transfers and other safe methods to facilitate the process. We give you all the necessary documentation, invoices and clear contracts.
🟢 In what languages do you attend?
We speak Spanish, Valencian, French and English fluently. If you need it, we can also support you in Italian or German through external collaborators. Our team is used to working with clients from different countries.

It is a device that transforms the humidity of the air into drinking water, without depending on the network. Ideal for eco-friendly housing or located in areas with supply limitations.

With our efficient climate control systems, solar energy, atmospheric water, septic tanks of total oxidation and automated irrigation, you can achieve almost total self-sufficiency. It is perfect for second homes, villas or bioconstruction projects.

Of course. We offer you a selection of materials, styles and finishes adapted to your taste, needs and budget. We work with trusted brands and top quality suppliers. We advise you, but you decide.

We adapt to you. Whether Mediterranean style, Scandinavian, modern, rustic or a unique blend, our design team accompanies you to capture it with harmony and functionality. We also integrate custom proposals if you have references or ideas of your own.
🟢 Do you offer interior design services?
Yes. We have interior design and decoration service if you need. We can include it in your pack or as a custom extra. From distribution to furniture, we help you achieve a space with style, comfort and visual coherence.
🟢 Can I visit a showroom or see catalogs?
We show you Real digital, physical and material catalogues According to the project. In addition, our budgets are visual: they include images, references and simulations. In some cases, we can also coordinate visits with suppliers or perform mock-ups.
🔧 Post-work, interior design and technology
🟢 What happens after finishing the work?
We deliver the space completely clean, functional and ready to enjoy. In addition, we offer you an optional post work visit within 15–30 days to review details, resolve incidents and make sure everything works as expected.
🟢 Do you give training on the use of the renovated home?
Yes. In complete renovations or with integrated technology, we explain the use of each system: air conditioning, lighting, home automation, cleaning, maintenance… We even give you a visual guide with all details.
🟢 Can I also hire interior design?
Yes. We offer interior design service to furnish, decorate and give aesthetic coherence to the space. You can add it to your pack as an extra or hire it separately. We create environments with start style: functional, warm and elegant.
